"Spirit filled Church" What Does It Mean to Be Spirit-Filled? The Holy Spirit is central to the Christian faith, not only as God's presence but as a transforming force in believers' lives. While every Christian receives the Spirit upon repentance and faith, being Spirit-filled is about actively yielding to God. It happens through living a Bible-based, Christ-focused life—seeking His guidance, meditating on His Word, and letting His love shape us. Like the Israelites’ wilderness struggles and Jesus' victory over temptation, the Spirit-filled life equips us to overcome challenges and reflect God’s love to the world. This filling empowers us for change and holiness, turning us into temples of the Holy Spirit. Joel 2:28-29
