Paul begins Chapter 8 with the wonderful news that there is no condemnation for those who are in Christ.  We must remember to guard ourselves from: self-condemnation, condemnation from others, and using condemnation as retaliation.  Condemnation was dealt with on the cross by Jesus Christ.  For those who put their faith in him, we are now governed by his Life-giving Spirit.  We will demonstrate this by how we live and the spiritual gifts we use to build each other up - primarily the most excellent spiritual gift of all: Love..
